Personal Support Worker

We are seeking skilled and compassionate professionals to provide personal care and support services to our clients in their homes. Our ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, be flexible with their schedule, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
About the Role:- The Personal Support Worker will assist our clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification;
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a home care setting;
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends;
- Able to lift 20kg and perform manual handling tasks safely;
- NDIS Worker Check and Police Clearance (if applicable);
- Current COVID-19 vaccination status (recommended but not mandatory).
