About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Sales & Revenue to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our ongoing success and driving revenue growth.

As the General Manager - Sales & Revenue, you will spearhead our efforts in attracting and retaining residents through strategic leadership of the Sales and Revenue teams. You will craft comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing, and foster collaboration with both on and offshore sales teams.

This pivotal leadership position is tasked with architecting and implementing Scape's student sales, retail sales, and revenue strategies, ensuring our ability to exceed our ambitious revenue and occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales and Revenue teams to achieve strong outcomes and reach clear targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing
  • Foster collaboration with on and offshore sales teams
  • Architect and implement Scape's student sales, retail sales, and revenue strategies
  • Ensure the ability to exceed ambitious revenue and occupancy targets
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications combined with previous similar experience in a complex environment, ideally in the real estate, accommodation, or hospitality industry
  • Previous experience leading others to achieve strong outcomes and reach clear targets
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Innovative and creative
  • Strategic and hands-on
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-orientated, efficient, and organised
  • Ability to pivot and implement change
