The role of a Client Growth Manager is focused on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value clients, those who generate significant revenue and deliver consistent trading volumes. This position requires a proactive approach to building client trust and loyalty through tailored solutions, educational resources, and personalized support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to navigate complex client needs, and provide expert guidance on market trends and trading strategies. They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and working closely with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients through regular communication, tailored solutions, and exceptional service delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, trading strategies, and risk management to ensure clients achieve their financial goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies that meet client needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, correspondence, and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a phone sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective strategies to meet client needs.
- Proficient numerical ability, with the ability to manage and analyze client data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
