About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Consultant at our Sportscraft, SABA & JAG David Jones Southland Store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless transactions and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Meet sales targets and maintain high levels of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, including fabrication and styling, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks and expectations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
