About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Sportscraft, SABA & JAG David Jones Southland Store.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

About You
  • You have a passion for fashion and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • You are goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and peak retail periods.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless transactions.
  • Meet sales targets and consistently strive to improve sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge and personal styling skills to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest products and share valuable insights with customers.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
