Job Title: Technical Architect

Technical Architect - SAP Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll technical architect to lead the design and integration of complex payroll and HR solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive technical architecture for SAP Payroll and HR systems.
  • Drive integration strategy between payroll, finance, banking, and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure seamless transition from ECC to S/4HANA, leveraging expertise across multiple implementations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver a holistic and scalable solution.
  • Provide technical leadership across ABAP, PI/PO, BTP, and Fiori frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP, including payroll and time & attendance.
  • Hands-on technical + functional expertise in SAP Payroll.
  • Deep understanding of integration architecture, especially payroll finance.
  • Experience with ABAP, PI/PO, BTP, and a strong grasp of Fiori.
  • S/4HANA implementation exposure.
