We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Integration Specialist to join our ITDS Core Platforms team at the University of Adelaide.

Salary: $110,291 to $123,734 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing support, development and enhancement of the University's Integration Platform and associated APIs. This includes designing and implementing improvements to existing application processes, analysing customer scenarios and requirements, and developing effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience with Java development and support in a complex, enterprise environment, including technologies such as Apache Camel, Spring Boot, OpenShift and Boomi.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions that meet those needs.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A strong commitment to promoting the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
