Job Description
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for scanning staff, focusing on audit results and skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with the HIS team to ensure compliance with PROV Capture Recordkeeping Standards and procedure manuals.
  • Oversee document processing, including boxing, indexing, storage, and archiving, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Support error correction in the Digital Medical Record system and facilitate the transition to Electronic Medical Records.
  • Participate in team meetings, provide backup support when needed, and undertake other duties assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proven ability to deliver training and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and trends.
  • Proficiency in process review and design, utilizing critical thinking to improve workflows.
  • Advanced computer literacy, with accurate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to input information into the Electronic Digital Record system.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
