Job Overview:

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project is a significant infrastructure development in South Australia. As part of this project, the Systems Support Administrator role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless system functionality.

This administrator will be responsible for providing daily user support, system maintenance and administration of applications, participating in upgrades, testing and support of systems and their automation tools.

Primary applications include SharePoint, SAI 360, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and bespoke internal construction management systems.

Key responsibilities include providing systems training and support to users, conducting systems audits, testing and upgrades, administering and managing the project SharePoint site, building strong relationships through positive communication and support, driving efficiencies by demonstrating system functionality and troubleshooting technical issues for end-users.
