About The Role

This full-time position offers rapid career development opportunities in a semi-rural environment with access to major resources, lower property costs, and minimal traffic issues. You will work both independently and collaboratively, influencing patient care decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality therapy services to clients with various diagnoses such as CP, ASD, GDD, and more, across pediatric and adult populations.
  • Collaborating with experienced multidisciplinary teams of therapists to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Participating in professional development, clinical support, and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contributing to a diverse caseload comprising approximately 75% clients with CP+ and 25% with other disabilities.
  • Evaluating and developing treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.
