We are seeking a Deputy Head of Senior School (9-12) to join our dynamic team at Beaconhills College. The successful applicant must thrive on working with dedicated professionals committed to fostering excellence in their students.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Senior School when required
- Oversight of student learning and wellbeing outcomes
- Organise and facilitate Section assemblies for effective communication
- Communicate important information to staff members
- Collaborate with the Head of Section on operational planning and management
- Track student progress in the section to inform instruction
- Develop and oversee the House Program for the Section
- Coordinate smooth transitions for students as they move through sections and post Year 12
- Facilitate student leadership programs within the section to promote engagement
- Current VIT registration is essential
- Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team is crucial
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are highly desirable
