Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cutting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing customer confidence and loyalty by providing exceptional service, consistent operating conditions, and a friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner.

  • Learn cutting skills and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor, including preparing and packaging food products, processing customer orders, receiving and breaking down meat deliveries, cutting and trimming all products as directed, properly wrapping, weighing, and pricing product as needed, cubing, slicing, and grinding meat as required.

  • Offer product suggestions when appropriate.

  • Stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control.

  • Operate department equipment and tools.

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
