Care Worker Support Specialist

The Organisation is seeking a Personal Care Support to join our team at Holbrook Village in the Riverina Murray Region.
This role involves making a difference to residents by facilitating positive health and wellbeing options for individuals, their families and carers. Duties will include providing person-centred care duties, assisting with medication and wound dressing, and supporting daily living activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards) and excellent communication skills.
