About this Role

As a Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment performs at its peak while meeting all safety, quality, and compliance standards.

This role involves developing strategies aligned to operational priorities, monitoring programs across site operations, and ensuring compliance with management systems that support safe work practices.

A day in the life may include:

  • Developing asset management plans and budgets
  • Coordinating and monitoring asset management programs
  • Ensuring compliance with management systems
  • Contributing to the resolution of short- and long-term priorities in support of production goals
  • Supporting cost control initiatives by assessing data and applying cost-effective strategies
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports and insights for senior leadership

About You

You bring a high level of technical competency, leadership, and strategic insight, with the ability to influence performance outcomes through data, systems, and people.

You will hold a formal tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) and have:

  • Proven experience applying asset management best practices and standards
  • Sound understanding of statutory legislation and regulatory compliance
  • Advanced skills in managing asset management programs and maintenance systems
  • Strong compliance knowledge and a high level of risk management capability
  • Competent in report writing, data analysis, and performance insights
  • Proficient in QA/QC processes and delivering continuous improvement
