Associate Director Job Description

This pivotal role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on leadership responsibilities and drive project success.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, as well as Chartered member (CPEng) status with Institute of Engineers Australia and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • They will possess extensive experience in structural engineering, ideally 15+ years, along with a strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards.
  • As a senior-level professional, they will have demonstrated expertise in project design and commercial outcomes, as well as tender writing and proposal development skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to critically assess designs, lead projects, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • A strong team leader with innovative solutions, this individual will drive business growth and expansion.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
