Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Job Opportunity:
A procurement specialist is required to support a defence acquisition project. The successful candidate will undertake complex procurement activities, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth procurement rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing procurement documents and packs
- Liaising with stakeholders to progress procurement activities efficiently
- Maintaining dashboards or similar artefacts to support briefing, decision making and record keeping
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a procurement specialist or relevant role
- ITAR experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment
- Australian citizenship or eligible for Defence Security Clearance to a minimum of NV1
