We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Control Room Operator.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional security and customer service to clients. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for delivering high-level security and customer service, performing IT computer duties, including data entry and system monitoring, and guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional security and customer service
  • Perform IT computer duties, including data entry and system monitoring
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
  • Assess and address potential risks
  • Manage access control, including CCTV and audit procedures
  • Write incident reports and maintain accurate data logs
Requirements
  • Hold a current Security License with Control Room Endorsement
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Possess proven experience in the security industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team or independently
