Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance:
  1. Oversight of customers to verify age and prevent underage alcohol sales.
  2. Denial of alcohol or tobacco sales to minors or intoxicated individuals.
Customer Service:
  1. Maintenance of continuous attention to customer needs.
  2. Greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner.
  3. Offering product suggestions to customers when appropriate.
Operational Efficiency:
  1. Stock rotation and management to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
  2. Adept use of supply items to optimize inventory levels.
  3. Operation of department equipment and tools with accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Perpetual maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • TIPS Training completion prior to start date.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain same.
  • Success in a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • High standard of integrity and reliability.
