About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team and working closely with the Head Housekeeper to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel. You will also be a key member of the hotel's management team, displaying a proactive and innovative approach to skill development and enhancement in your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of housekeeping services
  • Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to assess staffing needs and ensure adequate resources are available
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Coordinate with reception and reservations to ensure day-to-day operational requirements are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally in a similar role or within a branded hospitality environment
  • Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
  • Flexibility to work weekends when required
