Enterprise Risk Specialist

We are seeking a Resilience and Risk Expert to join our team and contribute to strengthening our enterprise risk and business continuity capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT, digital, and project risks, and be able to support the implementation of our Risk Management and Business Continuity Roadmaps.
The successful candidate will work closely with business areas to provide expert risk advice, develop insights from data analysis, and contribute to meaningful risk reporting that drives decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of frameworks, training, and awareness programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to thrive in dynamic environments, build strong stakeholder relationships, and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach. You will be confident in delivering training, producing clear reports, and supporting risk and business continuity frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and testing of business continuity plans
- Provide expert risk advice to business areas
- Develop insights from data analysis to inform risk reporting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of frameworks, training, and awareness programs
- Demonstrated success supporting implementation of risk management and business continuity frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of technology, digital systems, cyber security, and project risk management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experienced in designing and delivering tailored training sessions to enhance risk awareness and capability
- Skilled in producing clear, concise, and actionable risk reports and documentation for diverse audiences
