Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web chat.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences. They will also possess a professional telephone manner and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This is an ongoing casual position, working weekdays Monday to Friday with flexible start times ranging from 6am - 9am. The ideal candidate will be based in the Brisbane office located in Loganholme and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Assisting in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
  • Exceeding customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes.
  • Familiarity with Pronto software is highly advantageous.
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
