Charcoal Cook Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Charcoal Cooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service every time, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
  • Cooking up our signature charcoal chicken dishes with precision and attention to detail
  • Portioning the juiciest charcoal chicken for orders while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Managing the grill to cook a variety of delicious menu options, balancing flavor and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support a smooth and efficient customer flow, contributing to a positive team environment
Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in fast-paced food service environments (not essential)
  • Working at a high level of energy and efficiency, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Keen interest in learning new skills and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, handling multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to follow direction and procedures, embracing feedback and continuous improvement
