About the Role

Our Grill Masters are the fire behind the flavour, leading the grill station with passion and cooking up fresh Mexican dishes to exacting standards. You'll work with our secret recipes, ensure each meal is crafted with care, and follow food safety and hygiene standards. You'll be an essential part of delivering bold, flavour-packed meals that keep guests coming back for more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the grill station with passion and skill, cooking high-quality Mexican dishes to Mad Mex standards.
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to secret recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver fast, flavorful meals that meet guest expectations.
