Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project leader to spearhead complex projects and programs as the key client interface.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fostering working relationships, resolving problems and driving projects to successful completion
  • Overseeing the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations
  • Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction issues etc
  • Managing project safety and environmental regulations
  • Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
  • Providing guidance on project budgeting and advising on options to maintain budget control
Requirements:
  • Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS
  • Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
  • A minimum of 5 - 10 years project management experience, preferably gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment
