About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Audiologist to join our well-established clinic in Ballina, New South Wales.

As an Audiologist with us, you will have the opportunity to work alongside co-located ENT surgeons, exposing you to a wide range of complex cases in a collaborative environment.

You will also have access to a broad scope of services, including adult hearing aid rehabilitation, paediatric assessments, electrophysiology and balance assessments, implantable hearing devices, and tinnitus management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with hearing and balance issues by providing professional recommendations for the best rehabilitation options and developing clear rehabilitation programs tailored to their difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities, and needs.
  • Conduct clinical assessments in line with current best practices and the Company's clinical protocols, communicating assessment results and subsequent recommendations effectively.
  • Meet our clients' needs by providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
  • Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.
