  • In this role, you will support customers in developing self-esteem, accessing site activities, and facilitating access to vocational and non-vocational interventions.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with community organisations to provide holistic support.
  • Regularly reviewing customer requirements ensures tailored support.

A successful candidate should be passionate about connecting people to opportunities, results-driven, and people-focused. They possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer application proficiency, and a commitment to working within a compliant environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in Employment Coaching or similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer application proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
