Property Portfolio Manager Role

The role of Property Portfolio Manager involves overseeing a diverse range of commercial properties, including office, retail and industrial spaces. As a key member of the property management team, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and expansion within the commercial property sector.

  • Develop and implement effective property strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage financial performance by preparing and monitoring budgets, financial reporting and key performance indicators.

You will be responsible for ensuring all properties comply with relevant legislation and regulations, and providing expert advice on all property-related matters to internal stakeholders.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior property management roles, ideally within the commercial sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Strong commercial acumen, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
