This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a strong international brand As the existing team is very experienced they are happy to invest in training a tenacious Residential Property Manager.

Based in the CDB this role will see you Report to the executive team as you assist a team of Commercial Managers, your days will be varied as you mange the below:

- Administer lease contracts & renewals
- Manage communication and service delivery to owners and tenants
- Rent collection, reviews & renewals
- Monthly reporting to owners/tenants & Directors
- Ensuring appropriate inspections are undertaken and all maintenance successfully completed

To be successful in obtaining an interview for this role it is imperative that you have prior property management experience, immaculate presentation, a valid Licence and a passion for industry
