Key Responsibilities:
As Spa Supervisor, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to support the daily operations of our luxurious spa. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team of skilled therapists, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience. Your duties will include coordinating schedules, maintaining treatment quality, overseeing spa presentation and cleanliness, and delivering treatments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Beauty Therapy coupled with proven experience in a luxury spa, lodge, or similar setting
- Prior experience in a senior therapist or supervisory role supports your leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards in both guest service and spa operations
- Confident in managing responsibilities while escalating key issues to the Spa Manager
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Driver's licence and vehicle, or reliable transport to the property
