We are seeking a seasoned travel professional to join our dynamic sales team as a Global Travel Sales Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating personalized travel itineraries and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role offers a unique opportunity to share your passion for global destinations and travel with customers, while building lasting relationships and driving sales growth.

  • Promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, experiences & travel insurance
  • Build relationships with customers face to face and online, managing new enquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments and cancellations
  • Facilitate domestic & international travel bookings and payments between travellers & suppliers, using Amadeus GDS
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, cross selling & up selling of travel products
  • Manage travel credits, refunds and changes
  • Attend sales meetings and achieve targets & KPIs
  • Attend industry events ie. supplier & product events, ship inspections & travel expos

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
