About the Role

Kieser Australia is a leading provider of Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning services. We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Scientist to join our team in Mosman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients
  • Apply scientific concepts and evidence-based practices to support clients
  • Provide advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance
  • Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients
  • Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science or a related field
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Previous private practice experience
  • Previous experience with long-term management of client outcomes in a strength training environment
