Australian Global College invites applications for an experienced Admissions Officer to support student enrollment and recruitment efforts in Sydney.
This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills to manage student applications, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing student applications, CoEs, and course variations to ensure timely and efficient decision-making
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to student inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive student records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in admissions or a related field, preferably in the RTO sector
- Demonstrated expertise in administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
