Job Title: Experienced Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team at our Marion store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

  • Provide top-notch customer service to each customer
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Be hands-on, energetic & vibrant
  • Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Point of Sale (POS) software, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you possess the drive to deliver results and are passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working with POS software
  • 1 year of experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
  • 1 year of customer service experience
