Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to become an ambassador for our European Fashion brand in Australia. As the face of our brand, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging selling ceremonies.

We seek outstanding individuals who possess strong teamwork skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive and constructive communication with colleagues, providing excellent client service, building lasting relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets.

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Focus on cross-selling and up-selling, utilizing your 'matchmaking' skills for all product categories
