**About the Position**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC technician to join our team.

This role demands a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, high attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and a desire to deliver top quality workmanship for customers.

The successful candidate will have trade qualifications for +3 years, an eye for detail and the skills to provide expert service to customers needing assistance with heating / cooling maintenance and repairs.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of service standard
- Lead, mentor, coach and provide in-field training and feedback to apprentices
- Maintain a professional and friendly work environment.
- Understand and comply with Work Health and Safety Policy, other company policies and statutory requirements impacting the position

**Skills and Experience Required**

- Trade qualified for +3 years
- Technology and Computer literate. Familiarity with paperless booking and work systems will be an advantage
- Have an eye for detail and organisational skills to provide top quality workmanship for customers;
- Previous supervisor experience will be highly regarded

The key to success in this role is to have strong time management skills, problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, be a quick learner and adhere to deadlines.
