You will lead evaluation and monitoring projects, undertake statistical analyses, and conduct critical literature reviews to inform policy development. Your expertise will help us create a safer community for everyone in Queensland.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead evaluation and monitoring projects using appropriate project management techniques, evaluation methodologies, and data analysis tools.
- Develop and provide strategic research and evaluation advice on policy development within the team.
- Prepare evaluation reports and submissions, and manage contracts with outsourced research providers.
- Engage with individuals from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds, demonstrating cultural awareness and ensuring culturally appropriate evaluation and research practices.
- Show cultural capability and/or a commitment to developing it, supporting an inclusive culture aligned with the Human Rights Act 2019.
