Large Scale Construction Manager

We seek an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in large-scale concrete works to oversee our skilled project delivery team. This FIFO role will involve managing projects across the Pilbara, including:
- New switch room foundations
- Lighting footings and transformer compounds
- Drive station extension to existing footing slab
- Conveyor crossover platform footing
- Bulk earthworks, drainage, windrows
- Trenching for electrical services
The scope of projects ranges from $5m to $50m, primarily on Tier 1 Iron Ore mine sites. This is a permanent specified task role for the duration of the project, with further work in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily site construction operations.
- Liaise with Project Engineers, obtain technical advice, and share with relevant personnel to overcome challenges.
- Monitor progress and report to ensure schedules are met and works progress continuously.
- Lead human resources objectives, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee health & safety compliance, including regular safety meetings.
