Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a trainee dental assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our orthodontists, dental specialists, and oral health therapists in a dynamic and friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work quickly and multitask, and possess a mature mindset with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks autonomously once trained.

Responsibilities will include efficient scheduling and diary management for doctors, providing chairside assistance to orthodontists and therapists while learning to assist in the clinic, and adhering to strict infection control guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:
  • A vibrant, outgoing, and positive personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature mindset with ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work quickly and multitask
  • Completed HSC
  • Desire to work hard and as part of a team
Benefits:
  • No weekends required
  • Performance bonus available
  • $22.23 - $36.37 per hour salary range
