We are hiring for 2025 program in the following locations:
- NSW: Sydney CBD, Bondi, Brookvale, Hurstville, Miranda, Parramatta & Blacktown.
- VIC: Melbourne
Program / Role Overview
- Duration: Our comprehensive traineeship program spans 12 months, during which you will receive hands-on training and valuable industry insights.
- Paid Learning: We offer a competitive salary to our trainees throughout the program.
- Skill Development: You will work closely with Dentists, Hygienists and experienced Dental Assistants. You will have responsibilities in instrument sterilization, maintaining a clean and healthy clinical environment and preparing rooms for treatment. Other tasks include patient care management such as greeting and meeting patients, making follow up appointments and entering patient details into records.
- Classroom Training: Practical training alongside classroom sessions to expand theoretical knowledge of dental healthcare. This is provided through TAFE. Course fees are fully covered by HCF.
- Certification: Upon successful completion, you will be awarded a recognized certification, enhancing your employability in the dental field.
We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, initiative and the ability to think ahead to provide seamless support to our Dental teams. To be successful you will have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with patients
- Highly developed skills in time management, attention to detail and prioritization
- A desire to learn and passion in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work in a structured and team environment
- Ability to complete the requirements of Cert III in Dental Assisting
