Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Division in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our General Recruitment Capability and Executive Search Services in the Manufacturing markets.
Your key duties will include:
- Promoting and Marketing our services to clients in the Manufacturing markets.
- Business Development and securing new client projects.
- Managing the life cycle of role briefs to placement of candidates.
- Negotiating terms of business with clients.
- Candidate and pipeline building.
- Obtaining and maintaining a sufficient number of vacancies from clients to meet monthly targets.
- Promoting our company's business in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND CANDIDATES.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to senior management.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in recruiting professionals within the Manufacturing market (preferable but not essential).
- Exceptional customer service and business relationship-building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from clients.
- A proven track record of achieving consistent month-to-month revenue and business generation.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a hard-working attitude.
