As a Medical Interpreter, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality interpreting services to patients and staff, ensuring that communication is clear and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and reliable interpreting services to patients and staff
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict guidelines on patient information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an interpreter
- NAATI certification as an interpreter (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
