The Position

">

As a communications and marketing professional, you will lead the development and execution of internal communications and external marketing strategies. This includes overseeing communication channels, drafting communications/content; and measuring communication effectiveness while embodying our values and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Develop and maintain a team-lead operational communications rhythm through associated channels/platforms">
  • Manage daily business-as-usual (BAU) and operational communications across normal operating hours">
  • Execute, maintain and continually drive and improve the internal communications strategic communications plan in the short, medium and long-term">
  • Work closely and act as the point of contact with operational and support teams on a daily basis to challenge and simplify communications for our busy branch and DC teams">
  • Improve how we communicate to our team with the use of approved strategic narrative and incorporating EVP feedback and focus areas">
  • Own the branding and style guidelines, with the view of expanding brand presence in the market">
  • Oversee external marketing promotions">

    • 2+ years experience in a Communications role">
    • Experience in measuring effectiveness of communications">
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills">
    • Strong planning and organisational skills">
    • Ability to think strategically and tactically">
    • Able to demonstrate continuous improvement">

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar area">
    • Understanding of Internal Communication platforms (both operational and social), experience management tools and platform analytics tools">
    • Experience in Marketing (Brand) and External comms">
