Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Environmental Consultant to join our expanding Asset Transformation & Closure team. Our specialists are located in various offices across the country, and we encourage applicants from different regions to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • Develop, facilitate, and enhance mine closure plans, progressive rehabilitation, and closure plans.
  • Provide advice on environmental impact assessment and management principles to clients and internal team members.
  • Work within and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectors.
  • Deliver clear and precise, high-quality reports.
  • Occasional travel to undertake field studies.

Requirements

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 years + experience in Environmental Science, preferably in consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
  • Working knowledge of Australian State's environmental legislation and policies, standards, and guidelines related to mine closure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Australian Citizenship or rights to work in Australia.
