We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Care Service Manager to join our team in a full-time position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own client base, ensuring high-quality services are delivered. This role involves completing comprehensive care reviews to develop personalized care plans within funding allowances while implementing strategies for efficient care delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Visiting clients and families regularly to review service requirements
  • Working with the rostering team to allocate suitable caregivers based on client preferences and tasks
  • Monitoring and responding to service feedback reports
  • Introducing caregivers to new clients on their first service

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge and experience in community-based care and support services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Highly efficient and organized with proven time management skills
