Home Care Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the delivery of home care services. This role requires a dynamic and personable individual with a proven track record in managing home care teams.
About the RoleThis is a newly created position due to organisational growth, offering a great opportunity for an ambitious nurse to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality home care services.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and compliance with governing legislation and funding guidelines.
- Leading quality management initiatives to ensure the service operates in line with best practice.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AHPRA registration as a nurse with current practising certificate.
- Proven experience in managing home care teams and achieving compliance with governing legislation and HCP funding.
- Excellent leadership, networking, influencing, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
This role offers a range of benefits including:
