National Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and execute our sales strategy across Australia, driving revenue growth and managing high-value relationships with national retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy across Australia, driving revenue growth and managing high-value relationships with national retailers and distributors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all Australian states and territories.
  • Managing distributor relationships and implementing annual sales and trade marketing programs.
  • Overseeing direct wholesale account management, including key national retail partnerships (e.g., Endeavour Drinks Group, Coles Liquor).
  • Monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and reporting to senior leadership with actionable insights.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with customers to drive sales and address performance issues.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the wine, beverages or FMCG sector.
  • Strong relationships with major national retailers and distributors.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to sales performance.
  • Ability to influence, lead and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
