Job Title: Library Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Library Assistant. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to provide support in the school library, working closely with teachers and students to utilize library facilities and resources.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate a flexible approach to task completion with frequent interruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers and students in utilizing library facilities and resources
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment
  • Provide administrative support to the library team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ALIA accredited qualification, preferably at the diploma level
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check number
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training
