We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team, responsible for acting as the liaison between customers and installers in the field. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Confirm installation bookings and prepare documentation
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery of products

Requirements:

  • Competency in MS Suite and ability to learn our in-house CRM system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
