We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in the beautiful Hastings region, NSW.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a person-centered approach to care, leading the care team and coordinating care in an allocated section of home.
- You will ensure care plan compliance throughout the shift, advise and allocate care staff, recognize and escalate the deteriorating resident, provide safe and high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the care team and coordinate care in an allocated section of home.
- Ensure care plan compliance throughout the shift.
- Advise and allocate care staff.
- Recognize and escalate the deteriorating resident.
- Provide safe and high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- One-year of experience as a enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain).
