About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Strategy Director to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Workplace Consulting Team, you will play a critical role in enabling our clients to achieve their business objectives through effective workplace strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and growth activities, including pitching to potential new clients on our workplace strategy and change management services.
  • Manage a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement workplace strategies and change management solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Design and deliver engaging client events, activities, and communications that showcase our expertise and build strong relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and managing expectations through effective communication.

About You

  • Proven experience in workplace strategy and change management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
  • Adept project manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
